The Broadway League/Labor Union Diversity Partnership is a new effort to partner with all of Broadway’s unions, their members (and our employees) to find opportunities for growth and to challenge the status quo regarding the BIPOC community. Initiatives will focus on dismantling systematic racism in employment, creating and enhancing career opportunities throughout the theatre industry and having action and solution-inducing conversations with our union partners specific to their various memberships, all in support of the League’s EDI Committee and the industry.
