The Broadway League/Labor Union Workforce Partnership is a new initiative designed to strengthen collaboration between the League and Broadway’s unions, alongside their members and our employees, to identify opportunities for growth and drive meaningful progress in how our industry supports and reflects its full workforce. Initiatives will focus on promoting fairness, access, and inclusion in employment practices, creating and enhancing career opportunities throughout the theatre industry and having action and solution-inducing conversations with our union partners specific to their various memberships, all in support of the League’s Belonging on Broadway Committee and the industry.
